心電図計測の従来の方法を画期的に進歩させる技術

本製品は、慢性疾患患者の診療看護を行う医療従事者が利用する目的として、
本年７月米国FDAに認可された。本器により、在宅医療看護で、一層の医療看護能力
を高め、且つ、患者自身もより一層の自己管理が実施できるようになる。
本器は、各種医療機器に接続でき、また、患者を遠隔で監視でき、かつ、遠隔で医療看護
指示を与えることができる。
すなわち、本器は、患者自身で会話でき、かつ、医療従事者とも会話できる。
すなわち、患者のバイタルサイン（生体情報）の収集、患者自身の症状記録、患者へ教育
や指示と応答、ビデオによる会話、イーメールの交信など機能を有する。
本器は、有線・無線で、各種相応な医療機器と接続できる。その代表的機器は、血圧計、
グルコース計、パルスオキシメータ、ピークフローメータ、体重計などが挙がっている。
本器は、タッチ画面でデータの記憶、表示ができ、別の大容量サーバに自動的に送信され
記憶される。医療従事者は、サーバに記憶されたデータの情報をいつでも吟味できる。
本器を利用する患者は、自身の健康状態をいつも知ることができ、医療従事者チームと
交信でき、自身の医療状態の経過を知ることができる。
ここで、患者は自宅でオンラインサービスを受ける為に、ブロードバンドのインターネット
機能を備えなければならない。
モデルＰＨＳ６０００の場合、１０．４インチタッチ画面、ビデオカメラ、マイクロフォンとスピーカ、
４個のＵＳＢ２．０、ブルーツース無線機能、ＲＪー４５インターネットコネクタ、４０ＧＢの
パスワード保護付き記憶装置、１２８ビット暗号装置、等の性能を有する。
重量は、３．８Ｋｇで、寸法は、２８０ｘ９０ｘ２７０ｍｍである。
本器は、医療看護分野の環境を改善し、医療にかかる費用を減少させることが期待される。
現代の高齢化と、病院から在宅への傾向で、慢性疾患の医療看護に貢献する。更に、
メタボリック管理および健康管理の分野への利用発展が期待される。
